The Irish Freedom Committee presents...

"ROCK N' ROLL FOR POLITICAL STATUS"

The Irish Freedom Committee is pleased to present the 2005 Irish Humanitarian Benefit Saturday April 16. Headlining the night’s concert will be south side Chicago’s own Twin Wrecks The Memory as they prepare for a nation-wide tour. Also playing are the energetically-charged The BlisstersLow of the Low, and Filthy McChaos. Additional entertainment will include the raffling of POW Handcrafts, posters, and tee shirts.

The event is being hosted by
O’Malley’s Music Showcase Club on Chicagoland’s south side at 11957 South Pulaski. Come witness O’Malley’s powerful music tradition, atmosphere and reputation. Parking is available. Doors open early. Tickets are $10.

The Irish Freedom Committee is is a Nation-wide, Registered Not-for-Profit, wholly U.S.- based organization dedicated to education on the true root causes of the 850-years war against British occupation, and to the humanitarian and charitable support of the dependents of anti-Treaty Irish Republican POWs. We publish news from Occupied Ireland that is ignored or censored by the mainstream press, and we work to expose continuing human rights abuses under British military rule.
