Mr Rupert, who allegedly infiltrated the Real IRA on behalf of US and British intelligence agencies, told the Special Criminal Court today that he got up and left a meeting with his FBI and garda contacts when he was told he would no longer be paid for information. 

Mr McKevitt, from Dundalk, Co Louth, has denied membership of an illegal organisation and directing the activities of that organisation.
